hospital 4 + 5 south remodel project

This 4000 square foot remodel extended to 2 different floors within the South Wing Tower at a local hospital where Arndt Construction Inc created a new Infusion Suite and a Physical Therapy Suite. The contract value was $1.2m and the contract duration was originally 10.5 months, but ALL work was completed within 6 months.
