Cottage Hospital, Goleta Valley: Breast Imaging Center
Because of his stellar track record working with Cottage Hospital, Santa Barbara, during the construction of their new campus (6 years as the Project Manager), Vinny Arndt, President of Arndt Construction Inc. (ACI) was invited to bid on their $600k Goleta Valley Breast Imaging project. Although Vinny’s bid was not the lowest, his proposal was the most thorough and well put together, and Cottage Hospital firmly believed that Arndt Construction Inc. could absolutely handle a job of this complexity and magnitude.
Residential
Vista Del Mar Remodel
As a common courtesy, every time Arndt Construction Inc. is working on residential projects, Vinny Arndt (President) goes door to door to inform the neighbors about the construction happening around them. When he knocked on this client’s door, they just happened to be working with an architect, and were about to acquire permits for their upcoming remodel. The owner was immediately drawn to Vinny’s personable nature and it didn’t hurt that the “timing was fantastic!”, as their next step was to seek contracting bids.
SAN ROQUE COSMETIC REMODEL
Looking to downsize, this client purchased a modest 1950’s ranch-style home in Santa Barbara’s San Roque neighborhood. Though the house was structurally sound, it was in desperate need of a partial remodel (part of the house had already undergone a recent update), and having been through the process of building two homes from scratch, they understood the value of finding a reputable contractor. The client's realtor referred them to Arndt Construction Inc. (ACI). “My real estate broker recommended ACI after several of her clients reported extremely favorable results working with them. I was immediately impressed with Vinny’s (ACI’s President) open nature, friendliness, skill, and experience.”
Las alturas mid-century modern REMODEL
When it came time to renovate their newly purchased, 1959 mid-century modern home, this client turned to their architect to help them find a contractor with the experience and resourcefulness to fulfill their goal—of optimizing the sweeping Santa Barbara views surrounding their property.
